We do this in the power of the Holy Spirit, allowing all people to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Jesus Christ.
Christ Church choir in Belper is looking for new singers to join them during the latter part of 2025. We are a traditional robed SATB choir, with a repertoire of English cathedral choral music, and all singers in all 4 parts are welcome. We would also welcome any children who would like to join us, and sing soprano (girls) or treble (boys) with us, in the choir. Interested singers should contact Alison Roome on 07741 455 352 (Choir Mistress) or Andrew Pollett on 07970 498 171 (Choir Librarian).
We rehearse on a Friday evening at 7pm for an hour or so, and attend the 11am service which is a Sung Mass on Sunday mornings. There are occasionally additional services which are notified well in advance, and we also have a couple of social events for choir members, during the year. See pictures also attached – the choir wear red robes.
